Original Art
Ret. Master Sgt. Ray Parker, 138th Fighter Wing, creates art that can still be viewed almost 30 years later January 27, 2020 at Tulsa Air National Guard Base, Okla. The iconic sign Parker hand painted many years ago still represents the pride of the 138th Fighter Wing.
