Berthaddaeus Bailey, a Tulsa native, performs the speech "I've Been to the Mountaintop" by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. during a National African-American History Month celebration event Feb. 21, 2019 at Regional Training Institute, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Bailey, a public speaker, travels across the country reciting many King's famous speeches.
