Michael Thompson, adjutant general for Oklahoma during a Black History Month event Feb. 21, 2019 at Regional Training Institute, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The event recognized a rich history of African-American excellence in the Oklahoma National Guard and the United States Armed Forces.
