138th Develops Future Leaders

Senior Master Sgt. Shannon Woods and Master Sgt. Aaronnett Bussey, both from the 138th Logistics Readiness Squadron, plot their next move during a table top exercise with during a leadership meeting held Mar. 18, 2015, at the Tulsa Air National Guard Base, Okla. Since August 2014, every Wednesday following their monthly unit training assembly, leaders from around the 138th Fighter Wing have shared various leadership perspectives, and encouraged open and honest communication while learning from each other at wing leadership meetings .
