Brigadier General Hepner Takes Final Flight
Fire fighters from the 138th Fighter Wing escort Brigadier General Michael Hepner, 138th Fighter Wing Commander, into a heavy spray of water after taking his final flight in an F-16 Fighting Falcon. After 31 years of military service, Brig Gen Hepner will relinquish command of the 138th Fighter Wing at a ceremony to be held on the 4th of August 2012.
