Lieutenant General Harry M. "Bud" Wyatt III, Director of the Air National Guard, and Air National Guard Command Chief Master Sergeant, Christopher E. Muncy, view the "Order of the Sword" proclamation. Lieutenant General Wyatt was honored by the enlisted members from across the nation with the presentation of the "Order of the Sword", the highest award given by the Air Force enlisted force, for his distinguished career and outstanding achievements as Director of the Air National Guard.
