138th FW Tornado Exercise
The 138th Fighter Wing in Tulsa, Oklahoma conducted a major accident response exercise on April 6th, 2013 with simulated casualties and tornado damage within the base perimeter. As a first responder on scene, Oklahoma Military Department Police Officer LeRoy Johnson calls out for personal still trapped inside a smoked-filled building in an effort to account for all personal affected by the simulated tornado.
